I’ve been fortunate as of late to have some work from Faust featured around the internet and in a few publications. Both menus for the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and Deca Restaurant + Bar in the Ritz-Carlton Chicago were featured on Under Consideration’s Art of the Menu. The Faust Website Promotion Postcard and Roosevelt University Un-Viewbooks were featured on FPO and the Un-Viewbooks have also been accepted into the Chicago Design Archive for 2011. In addition to those, the sales materials Bob and I worked on for Batory Foods were published in the Communication Arts 2012 Typography Annual.
Our Road: An Intervention on Bicycle Safety
I’ve been lucky enough to participate in Moving Design’s Call to Action on bicycle safety for the past six weeks. This weekend, August 28th from 11-3pm, all of our hard work will be showcased at the Comfort Station in Logan Square in a gallery exhibition and auction titled Our Road. Come see what we’ve been up to!
Running on Rempty 2.0
No driving this time. Seems as though Adam and I had enough driving for one year. This time we will be flying. (It still counts, airplanes need fuel too.) We leave July 8th for New York. Plans include a Mets game. (There’s still plenty of time to figure some other stuff out.)
